Who am I?

My name is Maxime Spiga. Before founding IKTIIS, I spent 16 years in the field — not behind a screen theorizing about sales, but practising them, day after day, in environments where results are measured in real revenue, not in promises.

It all started in France, at 18, as a counter salesman. From there I climbed every rung one by one: depot manager, field sales rep, broker, then manager of a sales team. I learned this trade the hard way — and I have always believed in one simple rule: here, you move forward on merit. Nobody hands you a position or a client's trust; you prove it, figure after figure, contract after contract.

At 24, I moved to Switzerland to keep building myself. Twelve years later I am still here, and that journey took me all the way to sales management, passing through entrepreneurship — developing a B2B application — and then digital marketing consulting for a large group.

It is precisely that last experience that changed everything. Working closely with digital marketing players, I saw behind the scenes: promises of results disconnected from the field, methods designed for advertising performance rather than for the reality of an entrepreneur who has to sign clients to pay the bills at the end of the month. As a demanding professional, I was myself disappointed by providers who mastered the tools without ever having sold anything themselves.

IKTIIS was born out of that frustration. Not to add one more voice to a sector saturated with talk, but to bring what was missing: a field-level standard, forged by 16 years of sales and management, applied to advertising and client acquisition. I don't sell concepts. I bring a method I tested, adjusted and proved on myself before offering it to anyone else.

Today my role is simple: to be the bridge between the rigour of digital and the reality that entrepreneurs, tradespeople and small-business owners live every day. No empty promises. Measurable results, achieved with a method I put to the test myself before offering it to my clients.
